I thought I hinted at it pretty effectively in my previous post, but  
I'll ask directly, what is the url you're trying to access this with  
from outside? If it's got a local (10.* or 192.168.*) address in it it  
will NOT ever be seen by the outside. THere are 2 possible URLs that  
the "share" tab gives you, a local and an internet - you must use the  
internet address on the outside of your net.

I would think that since you've got it working locally it can't be a  
firewall on your mac, without more info, my strongest bet is still  
that you're trying to use a local address on the outside of your network
