[DM-MUG] OT: Qwest and Mediacom Internet Service Advice

I would advise Qwest, they have a better network and are capable of 
delivering the speed they are selling. If they are selling 7 megs it's 
either from a fiber-fed system or she is close to the central office so 
speeds will be consistent. Worst case repair time for DSL is half to 
quarter of the time of cable also.
