[DM-MUG] Converting .mov file to .wmv or .avi ~ What do I need??

I create electronic signs for a small business and the signs are
displayed on a big screen display in rotation with other businesses in
the shopping center. I've been doing this since spring and
sending .mov files created from Keynote files. I've seen the display
signs and they are fine. However, with this most recent sign I
received the following message.

Dennis called today and said that he hadn't seen his aniversary sign
up on the rotation. I checked into it and for some reason it was not
playing. I checked with the sign company and they said the .mov files
lose Although Prismview can play .mov files, there is a significant
amount of data loss after a thousand plays or so. I would recommend
that they use a .wmv or a .avi file. Those files hold up much
better. This could be why we are losing these signs in the
rotation. Could you resend over the Aniversary sign in a wmv or avi
format.

What are my options using my iMac? I do have VMWare Fusion
installed... but minimal Windows software.

Thanks!!
