Update flash and other media players, I'm guessing? I had aa problem with youtube for awhile too. I don't remember how i fixed it. All I remember is i went through and made sure all my media players like quicktime, flash, and etc were updated with the latest version. Check your internet preferences and settings too. Some browsers have a max on streaming video. Sometimes if I delay the new version of my internet browser (firefox) from installing it gets kinda a buggy with loading content.
since it's an ibook too, there may be a chance it needs more RAM or memory to buffer video.
Good luck!
