Actually you probably can use iPhoto if you do the right setup = but 
I think Avery has software for Mac that will work = and there are 
various profiles in Photoshop Elements and Aperture and other such to 
do it.  She can also buy empty cards w. envelopes, have CostCo or 
whomever print 4x6s and affix them = Strathmore cards at ArtStore is 
a good brand.  There are printers who specialize in it = Red River is 
one.
