[DM-MUG] Apple/Palm

I just wish Apple/Palm would end their feud.  When I bought a desktop a 
few years back, it came with Palm loaded.  I built my mailing list and 
calendar around the Palm application.  It contains all the birthdays, 
anniversaries, etc. as well as my holiday greeting card list that 
addresses my Christmas cards.  I recently purchased a MacBook and 
changed my cell phone,  I'm with Verizon and don't want to switch as 
several family members are also on Verizon so air time is practically 
free.  I bought the Palm Centro.  The software conflicts and the cell 
phone will talk to the Apple applications (Address Book and iCal) but 
not the Palm.  The Palm allows me to address envelopes of varying sizes 
(necessary for Christmas cards) & I haven't been able to figure that 
out on AddressBook).  Subsequently, I bought "Missing Sync," a third 
party application that is supposed to correct the problem.  It erased 
EVERYTHING in the MacBook Palm application.

I know there is a conflict between Palm & Apple, but shouldn't Apple 
take a look at making our lives easier rather than making it impossible?
