And the Address Book too.

The major difference between and iPod Touch and an iPhone is the cell  
phone.  The Touch therefore has room for more RAM.  And I don't think  
the Touch has GPS but not sure.

Oh and the new Touch had that Nike shoe running sensor thing built in.
