[DM-MUG] Apple Display Monitor 'fog'

This has happened 3-5 times over the past 1-2 years and in the past 
month, twice.  So I want to get a sense of what is going on if anyone 
knows -- what happens iis I come down and wake the computer from 
sleep and the desktop etc. show as normal only instead there is a 
white foggy film covering the screen...if I leave it on and just work 
as if the fog is gone, it eventually goes.  Any thoughts on the cause?
