I think doing a Hosting and Tools topic ref Website creation would be 
good = either shouldn't take all that long or else plan them as Part 
I and then II sequential months

     * WebsIte Creation - Blogging, RSS Feeds  and  * Website 
Bookmarking tools & organizers

would be the next topic related to website creation

constant topic == * Mac Maintenance
   
related but maybe a separate meeting * Data Integrity - backups, 
disaster recovery, preventive maintenance
   
maybe a fun topic for slow summer months * Transferring old movies to DVD
   
     * Switching to the Mac from Windows
