[DM-MUG] Anyone on this list work on "old" Macs?

Have had no reply for nearly a week to two emails to a local shop.   
Apple store isn't interested, either.

Decided to build a family web site on iMac G5 I got my 84 yr old  
parents three yrs ago.
I'm gonna have to take the RAM from 256MB to 2GB in order to handle  
video, etc.

It'd be easier to do the site on my own equipment, but I've endeavored  
to involve my folks in design choices and some of the work, etc.

Personally, I doubt my competence to acquire the right kind of RAM and  
to crack the case and instal it.

Would be very happy to pay for this service enough for it to be  
worthwhile to the person/business handling it.

Had hoped to get going by now, but haven't been able to identify a  
service in Des Moines that can jump on something like this - at least  
not at this time.

Appreciate any references, volunteers, suggestions.
