[DM-MUG] very cheap laptop options

Jim is right about the recall: it covered 600, 700, 800 and 900 MHz  
iBooks (and a few of the 933 and 1GHz iBook G4s as well). A failed  
logic board would be replaced up to 3 years from original purchase  
date (as if the machine had been under Applecare, but only for the  
logic board). All of the covered machines are now well over three  
years old.

I'm not certain I'd trust an 800MHz iBook as my primary machine.
