[DM-MUG] software help needed [same entity as before]

need is for consult/on-call person to help - Filemaker, Quickbooks 
and MSOffice...I think some issues may be # of licenses and # of 
actual users, but not sure yet -- network is mixed older and newer 
[iMac] macs but not sure yet ref OS...Quickbooks they've tryed to 
work thru with QB/Intuit customer service and been unable to do so...
