And Dave Weis is giving up the Treasurer position == I would like to 
revamp the bylaws and set up some sort of dues structure, mainly 
because without any dues or income of any type we cannot do much, 
really.  So, we need volunteers for officer slots and also to assist 
with the creation of new bylaws....let me know ASAP because our next 
meeting is 2/26 and that's coming up fast.
