[DM-MUG] Getting video onto a Nano

I was given an 8 gig Nano for Xmas and was trying to get some videos 
onto it. I've followed the steps on apple's site and can't even get the 
sample itunes movie to sync onto the device. It always says there's zero 
videos on there. Music is working fine however... Any ideas?

I've done the usual litany of windows trouble shooting, I have 
uninstalled iTunes, QT, all of my random codecs, and rebooted many times.
