You're right. Entourage doesn't do what Mail does... Run well!
It is definitely a personal preference issue, but I cannot stand
Entourage's calendar. I've used 2004 and 2008, and both are equally
useless (to me). It forces you to have a local calendar, even if you
don't use it. If it didn't have built-in Exchange calendar support and
used widely at work, I'd have hacked Mail and iCal to interface with
Exchange. As it is, it barely works with Exchange calendaring, but
that's enough. I don't have time to be the only Mail.app adopter at
work, but I use it everywhere else.
