There is no need to use a "supported" email program, and they appear
to not support mac email clients at all. However, email is based on
standards, meaning that you can use whatever client you are familiar
with. Qwest even has setup pages for "unsupported" email clients...

I would recommend against entourage, and toward Apple mail. Entourage
stores all of your mail in one giant file, which means that each
backup takes the space of that file each time you backup. Plus if you
have a corruption of that file, you are potentially out your data.
Apple mail makes each email a separate file, so it is much less likely
to have a catastrophic failure.
