[DM-MUG] Extreme, Express and Tiime Capsule

I thought TC was supposed to be an Airport Extreme with a harddrive 
inside...but saw this on a blog post

The Extreme allocates 192. IP addresses  and the Express 10. IP addresses.

is that true??  If so then do I have an Express inside my TC or what???
