[DM-MUG] Changing carriers?

I have had prairieinet for the last several years as that was our  
best and only option besides AOL which we started out with (we live  
in the country).  We have had the Qwest option for the last two years  
but I have been happy with p-inet, excellent customer service and  
it's rare when I haven't had service.  We pay $50 a month for p-inet  
and I was noticing Qwest's prices were significantly lower.  Any  
thought's?  Both line speeds appear to be about the same -- 900  
kbs.   It looks like I would need to rent or buy a modem if I change,  
not sure what to think at this point.
