[DM-MUG] OT- Switch vs. hub vs. router

I had my address book disappear on me about a year ago. I tried to  
sync it with my .Mac (with help from Apple on the phone), and my .Mac  
addresses disappeared. I learned to back up my address book after new  
entries.
