[DM-MUG] Message size.

 From the admin emails I get I'm guessing he is objecting to the  
attempt to attach the DMMUG PDF newsletter to a list mail - it's 127k.

Victoria, I'd say it'd be best to put that on the website and send  
the link to the list - you don't really need to publish the path to  
it on the rest of the site, but put it somewhere on the web.
