Go to the Printer Setup Utility (in the Utilities folder) and choose  
Reset Printing System from the Printer Setup Utility menu. Re-add  
your printer.

Alternately, download Printer Setup Repair (for Tiger) from <http:// 
fixamacsoftware.com/>
