I'm working up a 'template' or agenda for meetings so everyone will
have an idea of how they'll flow. Maybe we can discuss this at the
meeting tonite= what do people want to see and hear about and learn?
How should we hold the meetings? For instance, I'd like to have an
introductions period at the start so we can know a little more about
each other and our Mac knowledge or abilities [not a long resume,
just a short intro].
I'd like to start promptly at 7p and finish with the program portion
by 8:30 and then people can mingle, share and leave and Haddock can
close down at 9p and we won't overstay our welcome.
Should we have a set time period for 'switchers' and newer Apple/Mac
users? Or a set period for the old hands? How can we meet
everyone's needs?
Please be thinking of meeting ideas and we can talk about it tonite
for a little bit [I want more iPod info!!!] or send to the list and
we'll talk about it at the Board meeting and the next meeting after
that.
Thanks.
See you tonite.
