[DM-MUG] External HD

I used an external firewire  AcomData HD120U2FE-72 to hold data for  
another computer in the office while I set up a RAID for it. Used  
Disk Utility to transfer everything to it in the process, erased it  
renamed it back to its old name when I was done. All went well until  
I put it back on my machine to resume its usual back up service. Now  
my Quicksilver running up to date system software as was the iMac I  
was working with won't mount it even in Disk Utility. It shows in  
System Profiler as unknown device with a generic firewire 400  
profile. When I take it back to the iMac i was working with it works  
fine?
