because they are enough to fit one CD, which I own, and otherwise I'd 
have to buy a flash drive- these are 'historical' records for the 
group and more accessible to group on CD - I'm trying to avoid the 
expenditure of more than my time... and it's mainly because the 
person who saved to Zip thought she was doing a favor but turned them 
into virtually inaccessible...

otherwise I use flashdrives myself all the time but not for this purpose
