[DM-MUG] Some, not all, apps. on G5 are not opening

WEll the Q is how to get my apps back to running = I can run Firefox 
just fine, not Safari.  And I can run Eudora but not Mail etc.  I 
can't run the Safari uninstaller -- any other ideas...
