[DM-MUG] Backup drive decision

OK, this is a strange problem I'm having with this drive.   I'm trying to 
copy movie data over to the new backup drive.   It gives me an error code -36.   
It's acting like the drive is full.   Would this be due to the FAT32 for DOS?  
 It shows that I have about 337GB left on the drive.
