[DM-MUG] Backup drive decision

I did not reformat the drive so it is fat32.   I guess I didn't want to 
format the drive just in case I take it back.   It has some software on the drive 
for Windows and I want to keep it.   I am also considering using the drive to 
backup my Windows drive.   Is there a way to backup the MAC system.   I'm sure 
there is over 300MB of updates to the system and software.   It seems to copy 
large files to it's self just fine.   I don't think the files are corrupt.   
Are there any weird limits to copying files over USB2?
