[DM-MUG] Importing E-mail contacts

Hoping someone can help.

I'm not quite computer illiterate, but close. We've just signed up for 
DSL after being on dial-up for 4 years. Qwest tells me they don't 
furnish a mail program to Mac users. We're closing out our current 
Internet Provider at the end of the month. I want to go to a free one 
on the web, so I don't pay for DSL plus IPO. I have a Yahoo account but 
have been advised that gmail is better. So I signed up for it. Now I 
can't seem to list any of our contacts in it. What is a cvs file? Yea, 
I know it is a spreadsheet, but I'm totally frustrated at trying to 
figure this out. Nothing in their help suggestions seems to help me.

Any suggestions?
