[DM-MUG] Itunes and mp3

Dear Friends,

You may have already discussed this before and I missed it or didn¹t
understand the relevance at the time, but I have purchased an Ilo MP3 player
which says that its Mac compatible on the box but which, this grandma learns
later, doesn¹t support itunes. I called Ilo customer support which says that
itunes can be changed to MP3 style, but I can¹t figure out how to do it.
I¹ve never had an MP3 player, nor have I used Itunes, so I¹m really in the
dark here. I am hoping to not have to buy the more expensive Ipod. Any
advice?
