[DM-MUG] odd Q ref rectangle on my screen

AHA!  I went back to Universal Access and decided to turn off each 
item -- the one causing the rectangle was the Zoom on and off key == 
I turned it off and the rectangle went away.  Whew!!!  I was really 
getting ready to move Users....thanks helping me work it thru.
