[DM-MUG] odd Q ref rectangle on my screen

Did you open the VoiceOver Utility button in Universal Access and  
click Reset at the bottom? There is a key command (Shft-Cmd-5?) that  
many of our users click from time-to-time. You shouldn't have to  
restart.
