[DM-MUG] entering links using Preview

I don't think there is a reliable way to do this, considering that not
everyone will be using the same software to view the PDF files.  For
instance, under Mac OS X we use Preview by default.  Under Windows
Acrobat Reader is the most common.  I doubt both of those would handle
a "jump to page" request from a Web browser in the same manner (if at
all).

Are you trying to obscure contact information from spammers?
Individual PDF files will probably be a lot of work, but I think it
would be pretty effective.
