[DM-MUG] downloadable movies : impact on ISPs

Dave just installed 20 Mbps at my apartment with 1 Mbps upload.  It  
is very nice, software updates download in less time than it takes to  
actually install the software.

I would strongly suggest anyone that is in a neighborhood (I'm  
downtown) that qualifies talk to Dave about getting something this  
fast.  It is very, very nice.
