I was on line this AM reading emails and websites etc. and found a 
discussion of what you want, but don't recall where it is!!!  You 
might try a google search on Mac, Server, etc....the issue will be, 
perhaps, whether 'legally' you can do so with your ISP....I think 
Mediacom has a rule against such....[if I recall or find the 
reference, I'll check
