[DM-MUG] Weird Start-Up

I just had a new hard drive put in my machine, and now when starting  
up it automatically is opening Safari and going to the above URL.  It  
seems to be trying to open something related to Mail.  How can I shut  
this off?  I've been prowling around various preferences and can't  
find anything to turn off.  By the way, I've never had any program  
set to open automatically, and I have already tried running Disk  
Utility.
