[DM-MUG] Topic of Meeting

I have a topic idea. But I am not an ideal candidate to lead the
meeting (as we shall see).

I'm making a slide show for the 6th Grade class at Clive Elementary.
I did this 2 years ago, which is when I learned how to scan in
prints, use Keynote (after first deciding PowerPoint crashed too much
when the show got too large), add music, and then export the finished
product as a QuickTime movie.

I'm at the point in the current project where I have scanned in most
of the photos, but haven't even started any basic layout or anything
in Keynote. It might be instructive to go through several things:

1. How to organize a growing photo library (keywords, albums, etc.)

2. How to get a slide show up and running.

3. How to add music (including maybe "cutting" songs to fit).

Like I said, I don't really have any insights to share, especially
with Keynote 3 on short notice, but have the raw materials for a real-
world project that is similar to what people do with vacation photos
and family albums if someone else would like to bring order to my chaos.

John
