[DM-MUG] Treo 650 Cell Phones with Camera?

Does anyone here know whether the state or the federal courts will be 
a problem if one has the phone with the camera?  I've never had a 
camera phone before, and need to know whether that will be a problem 
[Treo 650 can come without camera, but I'd rather not part with it]
