[DM-MUG] Upgrading Photoshop Elements

Thanks for the earlier answers, here's another Q - cost to buy 
Photoshop 6 for mac is $150 [pricegrabber.com] or so....price to 
upgrade from any version of PS to CS2  is $141.00 -- so why should 
anyone buy new or an upgrade from PSE when one can buy PS6 and then 
upgrade from that???

Am I missing something?
