You'll need to use iMovie, which should already be on your computer.
You may need a 4 pin to 6 pin firewire cable (they have a small plug
to fit in the camera, and a larger plug for the computer.) I assume
that you are wanting still pictures from video that you took. You
need to import the video to iMovie. Inside iMovie, there is an
option to take a picture from the video.
If you are using the still picture feature that appears is part of
the camera, you may need to connect it using USB. Then iPhoto should
recognize it as a digital still camera and allow you to import the
pictures into iPhoto.
