[DM-MUG] would you test trying to open Iowa.gov??

I have now tried to open www.Iowa.gov, the state's website with both 
Safari and Firefox and it is taking close to 2 minutes - on cable 
modem = to load, and isn't even finished yet in each case....is this 
my machine or a general problem?  Thanks
