Check your iBook G4 and PowerBook G4 batteries, everyone. Takes about 2
minutes. Looks like mine falls into the recalled range.
Interesting. The one I've got replaced the one that shipped with my
machine, which was recalled within a week of my original purchase. But hey,
I won't sneeze at a brand-new battery.
Now can someone please tell me why this recall of 1.1 million Apple
batteries is getting more media attention than the 4 million recalled Dell
batteries? Oh yeah, I remember. The media hates AAPL.
Way to go, Sony! Keep up the good work!
