[DM-MUG] Problem with one computer connecting to internet

I have a Cube upstairs that is working fine generally.  It is
connected to router thru ethernet cabling and upstairs 4 port hub
that seems fine.  I have 8 port Netgear router down in my office that
is the main one and it works fine for all machines except the
Upstairs Cube can't connect to the internet.

I have switched cables and ports around, turned off and then on the
router and computers and modem.  The one consistent thing is the
light on the '100' row of lights for the port being used by the
Upstairs Cube is not lit.  I have switched it around and every time,
the '100' light is not lit, but the bottom one is [which I think
means 10mbs works, just not 100mbs]

I have run network diagnostics, I've had my telephone guy out to do a
diagnostic on the wires and connections and he gets juice just fine.

Any ideas on what is going on and why I can't connect to internet via
the Upstairs Cube [which used to be able to do it]



I just went up again and tried == I can see the other computers on
the network and get on them or bring them in just fine.  I ran
Network diagnostics and it says ethernet is fine but ISP and Server
are yellowed.
IP address is within the numbers the router sets up.

I can't figure this out....
