[DM-MUG] Help Square Boxes On Screen

I need some help. I have been getting a square or rectangular box that shows
up on every program including the finder. It is a thin lined box that is
usually on top of any dialog box that is showing or around the backup arrow
of any web browser. They vary in size. As I type this there is a long box
made from a thin line that extends across the subject box of MS Entourage.

Any help would be appreciated.
