If you want to do it yourself, you will need a movie projector that has variable speed control. You will also need a 
camcorder that you can adjust the frames/second. There are many internet sites that talk about what speed to set your 
camcorder. Obviously the better (3 CCD) the camcorder, the better the process. This is the "easy" way to do it 
yourself. Now if you have some money, visit this site:

They even have a unit that hooks up to your computer and controls your camcorder.
