[DM-MUG] ibook 14 inch 600 mhz (broken)

Went to boot up my iBook and it stopped booting at a question mark.  

 

Went though the procedures for checking the hard drive, i.e.
troubleshooting, etc.  

 

Bottomline I can't figure out whats wrong with it.   

 

Would someone like to make an offer on either repairing, or 

Purchasing it?
