[DM-MUG] 'old' Firelite FW HD -- what to do with it?

Y'know, NONE of you has suggested that the drive might actually be GOOD
and the enclosure bad. I've had firmware issues with various enclosures
and out-and-out failures. I can test anyone's disk at the store (just
bring it by) and if you want a new enclosure (more reliable ones), we
can order them. The early Firelites were a little flaky. E-mail me
off-list if you want more info.
