[DM-MUG] caps lock key

It should work by default, but if anyone else has used that account,  
it may be disabled (Yay!).  In the Keyboard & Mouse System  
Preference, there is a button marked "Modifier Keys" which allows you  
to change where the modifier keys actually are.  As an example, I  
have intentionally turned off my caps lock.  Many UNIX people will  
map the control key to the caps lock.

I do wish I could map shift-caps lock to actually turn on caps.
