[DM-MUG] caps lock key

Hi,

I am running Tiger on a mini with an Apple mouse and keyboard. I 
discovered the other day that the caps lock would not work. If I log 
out of my main account and then in as a test account it does work. 
logging back into my main account it will work until the HD mounts 
then it will no longer work. I have tried it with all startup items 
for my account deleted. This behavior also is present in"Safe Boot". 
Any ideas would be helpful.
