[DM-MUG] Syncing of Palm devices and overwriting?

When you do the conduit setup you can select Mac overwrite handheld,
vice versa, do nothing etc...but if you do an iSync sync with a
handheld I don't see a way to make sure the Mac [or .Mac for that
matter] will clearly overwrite the handheld -- there is no selection
for that, it only says to sync.

So, how do I overwrite data on my Palm phone with Mac/.Mac???  I can
delete or do hard reset of the phone [I need to do some maintenance
anyway and have already backed up stuff] or does Missing Sync give me
more control over how it goes???   Or am I missing something in
iSync???
