[DM-MUG] Tiger and iChat AV

Has anyone else here upgraded to Tiger and experienced problems in 
getting the Audio and Video parts of iChat to work?  I initially 
received 'insufficient bandwidth' notes but now it says 'connecting' 
but on the other end it says I failed to respond [or vice versa].

I have opened up all relevant ports per Apple Article 93208 (from 
2003)...Bonjour works fine.  Internet access and networking are fine. 
I have Netgear FVS318 router and am on Cable modem.
